You may not require our full range of services, so at this stage we cherry-pick our services to match your requirements and agree on budget and next steps.

Proposal

We get to work and create a bespoke proposal for your chosen destination(s) including hotels, venues, activities and local information.

Review & Shortlist

Let us know your feedback and we will work with you to design the perfect event program. At this stage, we can discuss hotel options and the event program in more detail.

Budget Preparation

Our work doesn’t stop here. We will work hard to secure the best possible deals and provide you with unique budgeting tools which will allow you to see brief running totals and any savings achieved.

Site Inspection

We will travel with you to your chosen destination and explore all the options available with our local team.

Decision Stage

We will support you during the contracting phase to make sure all terms and conditions are suitable and transparent.
