The hotel’s team was fantastic, always smiling and ready to help during breakfast, lunch, and evening bar visits.

The conference area was large, private, and adaptable. The dedicated conference team ensured smooth logistics.

Convenient Location:

Just off the Avenida de Liberdade, the hotel was close to Lisbon’s highlights yet provided a peaceful setting of its own.


Copenhagen – Villa Copenhagen Hotel

The event operations team was remarkably hands-on, ensuring a seamless experience. We consistently found ourselves near a dedicated hotel team member who could address any changes or requests, making the overall event coordination incredibly smooth.

Distinctive Conference Spaces:

The conference spaces, particularly the Squares at the hotel, showcase the historic walls of the Copenhagen Post Office. This unique setting adds a touch of character and charm, offering participants a truly memorable and distinctive environment for hosting conferences.

Convenient and Unique Location:

Copenhagen’s reputation as a walkable city was evident to see. Additionally, we provided a delightful boat transfer option for dinner events, allowing participants to appreciate a different perspective of the city. Copenhagen’s natural harbour is so clean, locals swim in it year-round!
