Liberty Insurance – Exhibition

Liberty Insurance tasked us with helping them design, build and deliver a branded exhibition stand for their Meet the Broker event at the RDS in Dublin in October 2022.
As ideation and design are 2 of our favourite things to do, we go straight to work. Partnering with our trusted exhibition colleagues, we conceptualised a look and feel for the stand so that Liberty Insurance would stand out from the crowd.
Our Top Tips
- Eye-catching design:
Create an attractive and visually appealing exhibition stand that stands out from the crowd. Use vibrant colours, clear signage, and engaging graphics to capture attention. Make sure your branding is prominent and easily recognisable.
- Interactive elements:
Incorporate interactive elements or activities that encourage attendee participation. This could include games, demonstrations, interactive displays, virtual reality experiences, or hands-on product trials. Interactive elements can be a great way to engage visitors and make your booth memorable.
Food and beverages attract attendees: we had a Nespresso machine and snacks throughout the day to incentivize traffic to the stand
- Engage with attendees:
Be friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. Actively engage with attendees, initiate conversations, and answer questions.
- Offer incentives or giveaways:
Provide incentives or giveaways to attract visitors to your booth. This could be in the form of promotional items, discounts, exclusive offers, or contest entries. Make sure the incentives are relevant to your target audience and align with your brand.
- Follow up after the event:
Don’t forget to follow up with the leads and contacts you made during the event. Send personalized messages or emails, share additional information, and nurture the relationships you established. This post-event engagement can help convert leads into customers or collaborators.
